Custom printing is not an upgrade on our blimps. It is what the price already covers: full colour, both sides, no setup fee.
What custom means here
The 13-foot blimp is built from white polyurethane panels and your artwork is printed directly onto them during the build. Both sides. The $1,526 price includes it.
The process reproduces nearly any graphic or colour, which means you send the logo you already use everywhere else. You do not need a simplified one-colour version.
If a supplier tells you your logo has to be flattened to two colours, they are describing their printing limitations rather than a rule about balloons.
Sending artwork
Send whatever file you already have. If it is what your sign company or printer uses, it is almost certainly fine.
We will tell you honestly whether it holds up at thirteen feet before you commit. Fine type and subtle gradients are where cheap printing falls apart, and it is better to know at quote stage than at proof stage.
Production starts when you approve the proof, not when you place the order. That is three to seven days, then two to five business days shipping from North Carolina.
What does not change with custom work
- Price — $1,526, artwork included. No setup or plate charges.
- Lead time — 3-7 days production after proof approval.
- Helium — About 170 cubic feet to fill, roughly $255 locally.
- Flight height — 120 feet, deliberately below the 150 foot FAA line.
- Wind rule — Over 25 mph forecast, bring it in.
